We have spent some time putting together a first wave of practical solutions that should simplify your day-to-day job as a professional at the intersection of privacy/data protection compliance and Marketing Technology, Ecommerce, or Media. They are a combination of our own in-house initiatives and third party providers with whom we are entering into ad hoc, temporary deals.

Companies assemble portfolios in minutes, then export directly to DPO Central and AI Sentinel — providing the foundation for their privacy and AI governance programs.
Seneca: Live database of court cases related to marketing technologies in the context of privacy, centered around private enforcement in California. Feeds into VendorWatch, enriching vendor profiles with litigation history, and ingests data the other way around — linking cases to actual vendors and technologies involved.
Being as they are point solutions covering a very specific range of niche use cases, all of these tools aim to complement rather than compete or overlap with privacy program management solutions and comprehensive Privacy Tech platforms.
