Breakfast workshop: San Diego

A review of recent privacy-related enforcement actions (September 22, 2025).

We are kicking off the Masters of Privacy breakfast workshops in San Diego. This event is free for Masters of Privacy Connect subscribers ( = paid subscribers on this Substack channel) and has limited seating.

Besides enjoying a healthy breakfast, we will spend two hours going over recent enforcement actions as well as discussing technical privacy auditing details. If we have the time, we will also do a practical comparative law exercise (EU/California).
